Review methodology
Our testing team follows the same sequence for every order-preparation and product review.
We open a fresh agent account where the platform allows it, add a single test item or a small basket, and record the timestamp of each step: order placement, agent purchase, warehouse check-in, QC photo request, consolidation request, international payment, dispatch, customs entry and delivery.
In the warehouse phase we request measurement photos and compare the agent's stated weight and dimensions against what arrives. At the desk we re-weigh on a shipping scale, measure with digital calipers, photograph packaging layers, and note whether the outer carton survived. Fit checks use a tape measure against a known garment, with shrinkage tested on a 30 °C wash cycle for apparel.
Cost math uses the fee lines actually charged: item price, service fee, domestic freight, consolidation, international shipping, insurance where bought, and any duty or handling charged at the door. We build comparison tables from those figures rather than from published rate cards.
Scores follow our five-point scale. Hands-on scores fall between 4.0 and 5.0 because a full review is only written for items that passed our basic checks; the specific drawback that costs a point is always named in the review body.
