If we get something wrong, tell us at [email protected] with the page address and the sentence you are questioning. We aim to reply within five business days.
For factual errors — a fee figure, a shipping window, a measurement, a product specification — we verify against our order log or a fresh check, then edit the page and add a dated correction note at the top. We do not delete the original sentence silently.
For disagreements about judgement, such as a score, we will explain the testing steps behind it. If the steps were sound, the score stays; if they were not, we retest and republish. Substantive changes are logged with the month and the reason.
